Oscar is a Noble, living in Stormwind. He is rude, and looks down on alot of people. He is currently the head of the Venitieri family, and is the CO of the Merchant's League.
Oscar is known in the House of Nobles for being very determined to send a fleet to Orgrimmar and raze it to the ground. He is a racist, and thinks that all other races should be slaves under the humans. He carries his golden sword, which he recieved from his father before his death.
The Venitieri family is a noble family, going back centuries, all serving Lordaeron in one way or another, some were Officers, others were Ambassadors, and other just simply Nobles, sitting on their butts doing absolutely nothing at all. Oscar was born into this noble family, and he is acting just like the most of his ancestors.
